You can remove transcripts and opted-in imported audio stored in this browser separately, or permanently delete your Piepo server account.
Delete local transcripts and audio
This removes transcript history and any opted-in imported audio saved by Piepo in this browser. It does not delete your Google account or Piepo server account. This action cannot be undone.
Permanently delete the Piepo account
This deletes your Piepo account (its ID and the one-way code used to look up an account by email), sign-in sessions, allowance, usage history, shared-transcript links, feedback, and related administrative records. Piepo does not store your email address or name on its server. Anonymous monthly totals for the number of sessions, processed seconds, and estimated provider cost remain so Piepo's budget records stay correct.
Locally stored transcripts, opted-in imported audio, and any saved recognition-term lists in this browser are also removed. Deleting Piepo does not delete your Google account.
If a transcription charge is still pending, deletion will wait until that request is reconciled. Contact support if it does not clear.
If you cannot sign in, contact support@deepimpact.tech from the email address associated with the account.
