Using Piepo
You must be at least 16 and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account and device secure.
Your audio and content
You keep your rights in audio, files, and transcript content. You give Piepo the limited permission needed to transmit and process that content to provide the requested service. You must have the right to record and process the people and material involved, including any consent required by local law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Piepo to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, automate abusive requests, resell access without permission, or create repeated accounts to obtain extra free allowance.
Allowance and cost controls
Transcription requires available account allowance and service budget. Piepo may reserve the authorized duration before processing and settle it using provider-confirmed duration. A request with an uncertain provider outcome may remain pending while it is investigated. Free allowance has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn to protect the service.
No paid subscription is currently offered through the web application. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be published before any paid plan is activated.
Accuracy and important decisions
Speech recognition can mishear names, numbers, accents, technical terms, and speakers. Review the original audio before relying on a transcript for legal, medical, financial, academic, employment, or other important decisions.
Availability and changes
Piepo is currently an early-stage service. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change. Piepo may pause access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, exhausted provider budget, or events outside reasonable control.
Account suspension and deletion
Piepo may restrict an account that violates these terms or threatens the service. You can stop using Piepo at any time and delete your account through the account and data deletion page. Deletion may wait until an open provider charge has been reconciled.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how account, audio, transcript, and usage data are handled.
Service responsibility
Piepo is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every transcript will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the effective date will be updated. If a change requires consent under applicable law, Piepo will request it before the change applies.
